One form for everything. Pick the subject that fits and it reaches the right place — messages are read by a person, not a ticket robot.

Send a message

The quickest route for most things. Everything marked with a dot is required; the more specific you are about what happened, the fewer rounds of email it takes to sort out.

By sending this you agree to the privacy policy. Your address is used to reply and nothing else.

Where your message goes

Everything arrives in the same inbox and is read by a person. The subject you pick above is what decides the order things get looked at: copyright notices are dealt with first, then anything reporting a fault, then general questions.

There is no phone line and no live chat. This form is the whole support department, which is also why the reply usually contains an actual answer rather than a link to an article.

What to include in a support message

Most conversion problems are solved in a single reply when the message contains four things. Without them it usually takes three or four exchanges to work out what actually happened.

  • The exact link you pasted — copied, not retyped from memory.
  • Your browser and version, for example Safari 17 on iOS or Chrome on Windows.
  • What you saw, in your own words: an error message, an empty panel, a download that never started.
  • Whether it happens every time, or only with that one video.

Please do not send: requests to convert something on your behalf, requests to reach private, paid or region-locked material, or bulk automated submissions. None of those get a reply.

Response times

This is a small operation and replies are written by a person. Copyright notices are looked at first. General enquiries usually get an answer within a few working days, and a message arriving with the four items above tends to reach the front of that queue.
